Western Nepal Trekking

The western region of Nepal covers two zones, Mahakali & seti with 9 districts, headquarter in Dipayal, Doti district. The region is sometimes called Doti region. This region is remote and development wise challenged. Some 44 % in of people in the west hills and 49 % in the Himalayan areas survive under the poverty line. The region is remote due the geographical state and the distance from the capita. Horses are used as the transportation in this region. Even this reason is remote; the place can be one of the best trekking targets. Khaptad National Park, Sukla Phanta Wildlife Reserve and Royal Bardiya National Park are the most fascinating place to see the flora and fauna of this region. The trekkers can experience the view of Api Himal, Se Phoksudo Pond and Rara Pond. Malakali River and Seti River are also the attraction of this region. The most interesting things are culture, tradition and language. The RAUTE, a particular tribe of human being in this region is still moving from one place to another place looking for food and existence. They have a view that they should not be interfere for their wild kingdom because they are the owner of the forest.
