Dolpo Hidden Valley Trek is an amazing and adventurous Trekking destination of Nepal. This is tough and discovers the real ancient lifestyle of human being as started as well as same. The land of Dolpo- Himalaya is really attractive of nature and mountains with localities and we can cross trough several villages and different high passes via Nangdalo Kangla pass (5,360m), and we will reach over She- Phoksundo Lake, She-Gompa and we will have an another things to see which is very closed to their only 1000km, called Mt. Kailash in Tibet.

The trip into Dolpo in remote west Nepal will follow the Buddhist culture and Buddhism so; there is really strength living standard as well as join Family. We would like tell you this is an adventure and long journey to learn something about Dolpo’s people and their own traditional culture in Nepal. This Trekking is much longer and really few company will organize because they don’t know the route and expensive for everything due to remote places and nothing there product they only use Yaks and Seeps for survive so if you want to see this peoples and if you want to know about dolpo, Actual adventure will make sure with an experience guide, who has been many times there and he created this route accordingly. This trip is only able to adventure tourism because we must have time to do this as longer in 42 days including high passes and heading towards Thapa Peak 6012m.

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu in International Airport Welcome by Actual Adventures Member and direct transport to Hotel with Bed & Breakfast plan.
Day 02: Sightseeing Kathmandu Valley overnight at Hotel with Bed & Breakfast plan.
Day 03:  Flight to Nepalgunj 600m 55 minute overnight in Nepalgunj Hotel Diner Bed & Breakfast plan.
Day 04: Flight to Jhupal 2,475m 35 minute Trek to Suli Ghat 2,282m 3/4 hours overnight at Camp.
Day 05: Trek to Chhepka 2,838m 6/7 hours overnight at camp.
Day 06: Trek to Reche 3,110m 5/6 hours overnight at camp.
Day 07: Trek to Ringmogaon  Phoksundo Lake 3,733m 3 ½  hours overnight at camp.
Day 08:  Rest for acclimatization and see lake view visit Ringmo Village overnight at camp.
Day 09: Trek to Forest camp 4,400m 6/7 hours overnight at camp.
Day 10: Trek to Kangla pass Base camp 4,800m 4/5 hours overnight at camp.
Day 11: Trek to Via Nangdalo Kangla pass 5,360m Down to Shey Gumpa 4,160m 7/8 hours overnight at camp.
Day 12: Rest day for acclimatization visit to famous and old Monastery Tsakhang  Gumpa, Gamoche Gumpa, Selsamdo Gumpa Shey Gumpa if you are entreated to round the Crystal mountain is holy Mountain Kailash-like Crystal Mountain. There are 1000mettersvia the Dolma la pass to overcome 10/12hours from Shey Gumpoa to Shey Gumpa      overnight at camp.
Day 13: Trek to Via Sela Shey Bhanjyang (pass) 5,010m Down to Namgung 4,430m 6/7 hours overnight at camp.
Day 14: Trek to Tiling village 4150m 4/5hours overnight at camp
Day 15: Trek to Yanjir Gumpa this Gumpa also another Old and famous Gumpa and we visit there 3890m 5/6hours overnight at camp
Day 16: Trek to Musi Gaon 4100m 5/6hours overnight at camp
Day 17: Trek via to Musi-la pass 5030m then Semen Gaon 3870m 6/7hours overnight at camp
Day 18: Rest at Semen Gaon overnight at camp
Day 19: Trek to Tingkyu/ Tinje Gaon 4150m 5/6hours overnight at camp.
Day 20: Trek to Sulung Khola 4868m 5/6hours overnight at camp.
Day 21: Trek via to Chhoila vanjyang 5051m then Tokyu 4209m 6/7 hours overnight at camp.
Day 22: Trek to Dho Tarap 3944m 2/3hours overnight at camp.
Day 23: Trek to Tarpi khola Chang-la vanjyang phedi 4332m 5/6 hours overnight at camp.
Day 24: Trek via to Chang-la vanjyang 5300m then down to Chanjo khola 4615m 5/6 hours overnight at camp.
Day 25: Trek to Dhad Gaon / Yaru Gumpa 4150m 5/6hours overnight at camp.
Day 26: Trek to Terang 3800m 7/8 hours overnight at camp.
Day 27: Trek to  Mukut Gaon 4170m 5/6 hours overnight at camp.
Day 28: Rest day at Mukut Gaon overnight at camp
Day 29: Trek to Mula – La high camp 4879m 6/7 hours overnight at camp.
Day 30: Trek via to Mula vanjyang 5895m then Mulung khola 4980m 7/8 hours overnight at camp.
Day 31: Trek via to Newar pass 5120m Tuchela Sangda vanjyang 5355m then down to Sangda phedi 4190m 7/8 hours overnight at camp.
Day 32: Trek to Veri kharka 4600m 3/4 hours overnight at camp.
Day 33: Trek via to pass5235m then lower Hidden valley 5040m 8/9 hours overnight at camp.
Day 34: Trek to Hidden valley 5140m 4/5 hours overnight at camp.
Day 35: Extra day overnight at camp
Day 36:  Climbing to Thapa peak 6012m summit then down to Kalopani 8/9 hours overnight at camp.
Day 37: Trek to Marpha 2670m 5/6 hours overnight at Lodge
Day 38: Trek to Jomsom 2720m 4/5 hours overnight at Lodge
Day 39: extra Day overnight at Lodge
Day 40: Early morning Domestic flight to Pokhara 25 minute transfer to Hotel Afternoon Sightseeing in Pokhara Hotel with Bed & Breakfast plan.
Day 41: Drive or flight to Kathmandu Hotel Evening will take together Dinner with Typical Nepali culture.
Day 42:  Departure from Kathmandu to your onward destination.

  • Two nights’ accommodation in 3-star hotel in Kathmandu, two nights in guest house in Nepalgunj / Juphal and tented accommodation in mountain

Cost excludes

  • Nepal Visa fee (bring accurate USD cash and two passport photographs)

  • Extra night accommodation in Kathmandu because of early arrival, late departure, early return from mountain(due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary
  • Altitude chamber (PAC) or oxygen
