As your aircraft lands in Tribhuwan International Airport our representative will receive you and help you to transfer into the hotel of your choice. Kathmandu is known for its vast unwrapped display of arts and architecture in its temples, shrines and palaces which is second to none. Apart from the temples and hustle and bustle of the city Kathmandu too offers the awe-inspiring Himalayan vista in its north.

Early in the morning we will drive towards Tribhuwan International Airport and board a scenic flight which introduces us to the Himalayas of Nepal including Everest. This one hour flight does not land anywhere and every passenger gets a window seat such that each of us get a clear view of Himalayas. In the afternoon we will drive to Swoyambhunath which is located in the hilltop overlooking Kathmandu. Also known as the monkey temple it is famous for its whitewashed stupas and fine blend of Hindu and Buddhist religion. From Swayambhunath we will drive towards Kathmandu Durbar Square which is the historic seat of Nepalese royalty. Here we will visit Kastamandap Temple (a temple rumored to be constructed from the wood of single tree), Taleju temple, statue of Kal Vairab, Basantapur palace and Kumari Temple (residence of living goddess Kumari). Leaving Kathmandu Durbar square behind us we will head towards Patan Durbar Square which is one of the oldest Buddhist cities in the world. Archeologists say that the city was founded in 3rd century and is known for the fine traditional crafts and rich artistic heritage.

Early in the morning we will the morning after having breakfast we will leave Kathmandu behind us and drive for Chitwan National Park. On the way to Chitwan you can do optional whitewater rafting trip. Alternating between stretches of calm floating and thrilling whitewater rapids, the trip starts from Fishling and encountering many medium class rapids we pass through the canyons, observing the Sal forest in the banks we will arrive to the village of Mugling where the trip terminates. From here you can continue the drive to Chitwan National Park. After checking into the hotel we will proceed for Tharu village tour.

Chitwan National Park before used to be a royal hunting reserve situated in the lowland of Terai zone in southern Nepal. It provides an habitat to an extraordinary range of world’s rarest wild animals and native and migratory birds. We will start the tour with bird watching, followed by jungle safari on elephant back and canoe ride. In the evening we will enjoy the Tharu cultural show.

After having breakfast we will drive through the beautiful landscape, paddy farms, pristine rivers and small hamlets to the Lake City of Pokhara. Pokhara is the scenically thrilling city with beautiful lakes and offering the astonishing view of Annapurna massif. Upon arrival to Pokhara we will check in to the hotel. After a short rest we will go for 1hour boating at Fewa Lake which is located within the walking distance from the hotel.

We will wake up very early in the morning and drive to Sarankot to see sunrise over the magnificently snowcapped Himalayas. Sarankot situated in the altitude of 1500m from the sea level gives you an option of paragliding over the lake city. Later we will drive back to hotel and have breakfast. After breakfast we will set off for city tour and visit places like David’s fall, Gupteshwor cave and Tibetan refugee camp. Stay overnight at hotel in Pokhara.

After having breakfast we will fly back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival to Kathmandu we will drive towards Bhaktapur Durbar Square which is the home of medieval art and architecture. The main square contains innumerable temple and other architectural showpieces like Lion Gate, statue to King Bhupatindra Malla, Golden Gate, iuand the palace with 55windows, Batsaka Temple and the bell of barking dogs. From here we will continue a 2hour drive to Nagarkot which is situated at the altitude of 2300m from the sea level. On a clear day we can see Mt Everest from here. In the evening we will watch the view of setting sun.

We will wake up Early in the morning for the spectacular view of rising sun. As the first rays of the sun strikes into the peaks a hellish red color slowly lightens the whole Himalaya range from Kanchanjunga and Everest in the east to Annapurna and Dhawalagiri in the west. From Nagarkot the trail descend through the scatted bushes and villages for around 2-3hours to Changu Narayan. From Changu Narayan we will catch a ride back to Kathmandu.

We will start the day by visiting Boudhanath Stupa which is located 8km east of Kathmandu. Boudhanath stupa is dome shaped monument representing the mind of Buddha and pilgrimage destination for Tantric Buddha. From Boudhanath we will drive towards Pashupatinath Temple which is situated 5km east of Kathmandu. This ancient Hindu temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva is one of the most sacred pilgrimages for Hindus. Situated in the bank of Bagmati River, in many occasions worshippers take a ritual bath in the river. The temple is famous for its two tiered golden roof with silver doors which is further adorned by charismatic wood-work. The afternoon is free; you can either explore the city on your own or do some family shopping.

You will be transferred to Tribhuwan International airport for your onward journey.
