How to Book?

If you would like to book one of your holidays to enjoy Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India please carefully read this section especially our Terms & Conditions.

We hearten you to book as soon as possible to make sure you get the holiday you would like to join us, frequently we might have problem to secure flights at the last minute especially for pro, Lasha, Lukla, Jomsom , Phaplu ,Juphal , Jumla . If you would like to book a trip then you can concern with Actual Adventure Reservation Staff to find out the current trek status. We will respond by sending you a Pre-Trip feedback form and Booking Form. You can email or post these forms back to us along with your non refundable deposit of $ 200.

If your booking is accepted by us then a contract is deemed to exist between you and The Actual Adventure Ltd. At this point we will send you a confirmation invoice showing the amount of deposit received and your final balance due. Now you can go ahead and book your international flights and obtain trekking and travel insurance.

To book your trip with us, Please follow the steps below:

• Step 1 Send us an inquiry using inquiry form, email or call us
• Step 2 Discuss about your tour package with us and final the price and itinerary
• Step 3 Pay to confirm your trip
• Step 4 Send us your document(if necessary)
• Step 5 Start your tour

How to Pay as advance ?

Our company usually charges 30% of local tour fee as deposit. If your tour package include air tickets, you are kindly required to pay 15%-20% of local tour fee plus 100% of air fare. As regards to the rest of your tour fee, you can pay after your arrival.

Our company does not accept leave a part of tour fee at the end of your trip. All the trip fee are required to be fully paid  before your trip start.

Our company will confirm the amount of deposit based on actual amount we received. If the actual amount we received is less than the required amount, our company will ask travelers to pay the difference when they are in China)
