Ama Dablam was my first technical Himalayan expedition, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what I got with Actual Adventure. Langtang Valley Trek was one of the most soulful and scenic adventures I’ve ever experienced, and I’m so grateful to Actual Adventure for organizing it perfectly. I joined the Himlung Himal Expedition with Actual Adventure in spring and it turned out to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I had climbed a few 6000m peaks before, but stepping into the 7000m range was new territory. I had concerns about altitude, cold, and logistics, but those disappeared the moment I met Sushil Tiwari, our expedition manager. His attention to detail and proactive communication reassured me throughout. Our journey from Kathmandu to Koto and then through the Nar Phu region was beautiful and less crowded than other trekking areas. The base camp setup was professional—good food, daily briefings, solar power, and even a charging station! We went through multiple training sessions for fixed rope techniques and crevasse safety. We loved dal bhat and Tibetan bread! Sushil’s team ensured we were never rushed and always enjoyed the journey. Our guide shared fascinating stories about the local Gurung people and Buddhist traditions. Sushil called our guide daily to ensure everything was smooth, which shows how dedicated he is to customer satisfaction. Reaching ABC was emotional — being surrounded by Annapurna I, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchhre is an experience that photos can’t capture. I recently completed the 11-day Annapurna Base Camp trek with Actual Adventure, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As a solo female traveler, I was initially nervous, but Sushil Tiwari’s professional communication and warm attitude reassured me from the start. The team arranged everything from airport pickups to last-minute gear shopping in Thamel. My guide, Bishnu, was friendly, informative, and always had a smile. He knew the trail inside out, including hidden spots with the best mountain views. The trekking pace was comfortable, and the guide always made sure I was well-fed, hydrated, and rested. Sushil also checked in regularly and was available for any concerns, which made me feel extra secure. The views along the way were incredible — Machhapuchhre and Annapurna South were highlights. We trekked through beautiful villages, crossed rivers, and finally reached ABC on a clear day. The sunrise over the mountains was spiritual. Actual Adventure truly lives up to its name. I appreciated their focus on safety, sustainability, and client care. I wholeheartedly recommend them, especially for solo travelers or first-timers. The Annapurna Base Camp trek with Actual Adventure was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived in Kathmandu, the coordination and professionalism shown by the company were flawless. Mr. Sushil Tiwari, the manager, personally welcomed me and briefed me on the trek. Everything from the permits to the transport to Pokhara and the final trek was taken care of in detail. The route itself was breathtaking, with scenic villages, rhododendron forests, and snow-capped peaks. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. I appreciated the pace of the trek and the care taken for acclimatization. The tea houses were simple but comfortable, and the food was far better than I expected. What made this trip stand out was how warm and responsive the team was. Mr. Sushil even checked on us during the trek via the guide’s phone. It felt like traveling with a responsible friend rather than a company. I reached Annapurna Base Camp at sunrise, and the view was indescribable. I can’t thank Actual Adventure enough. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-managed and authentic ABC trekking experience!
