Makalu Expedition (8,462m) is the fifth highest mountain in the world which is located on the border of Nepal and Tibet. It is also consider as one of the most difficult expedition among all 8,000m mountains. It is located at 19 km south-east from Mount Everest.

There is another part of Mt. Makalu expedition which is Kangchungtse or Makalu II (7,678 m) which lies about 3 km (2 mi) north-northwest of the main summit. The first attempt on Makalu was made by an American team in 1954 which was the first expedition in Himalaya. Then in may 15 1995 Makalu was first climb by a French team. After arrival at Tribhuwan international airport Kathmandu, The representative of Actual Adventure Pvt. Ltd. will help you to take you and check at the hotel and will brief you about your daily activities. Night at desire hotel in Katmandu
In this day we will prepare for our expedition.
In this day you will be briefed by our guide about expedition in ministry
Then we fly from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar and camp there or go in lodge.
Then we trek from Tumlingtar to Kuwapani and camp there.
Then we trek from Kuwapani to Chichila and camp there.
Then we trek from Chichila to Num and camp there.
Then we trek from Num to Seduwa and camp there.
Day 09: Seduwa to Tashigaun
Then we trek from Seduwa to Tashigaun and camp there.
Then we trek from Tashigaun to Khongma La (Danda) and camp there.
Then we trek from Khongma La (Danda) to Mumfuk and camp there.
Then we trek from Mumfuk to Yangle Kharak and camp there.
Then we trek from Yangle Kharak to Merak and camp there.
Then we trek from Merak toSersung and camp there. Then half day rest for a acclimatization.
Then we trek from Sersung to Makalu Base camp and camp there.
In this time period we will climb the mountain
Then we will trek back to mumbuck from Makalu base camp and camp there.
Then we will trek back from mumbuck to Khongma La (Danda) and camp there.
Then we will trek back from Khongma La (Danda) to Seduwa and camp there.
Then we will trek back from Seduwa to Chichila and camp there.
Then we will trek back from Chichila to Tumlingtar and camp there.
Then we will flight back to Kathmandu and ocernight at hotel.
You can roam around Kathmandu valley or you can do shoping.
After breakfast we will transfer you to Tribhuvan International airport (TIA) three hour before your flight you have to reach there
